FROM THE SOUTH ON I-95:

Take I-95 North to Exit 62 (Hammonassett State Park). At light take a right onto Hammonassett Connector. Follow to light and take a left onto Boston Post Road. Take a left into Shoreline Medical office (blue sign) and parking lot. Continue around to the right of the building where there is parking and our office.

FROM THE NORTH ON I-95:

Take I-95 South to Exit 62 (Hammonassett State Park) Take a left onto the Hammonassett Connector. Follow to second light and take a left onto Boston Post Road. Take a left into Shoreline Medical office (blue sign) and parking lot. Continue around to the right of the building where there is parking and our office.
